Elegant ice cream cart rentals for birthdays, weddings, corporate events, outdoor gatherings, and more in and around King County.
The HoneyBee Ice Cream Cart is a hand-made, polished event rental piece with a large removable umbrella, wooden shelving, blackboard-style surfaces with included markers, antique topping containers, decorative wagon wheels, expandable shelf space, and four rolling/locking caster wheels.
The cart features an industrial freezer with an adjustable power level. It can hold individually wrapped treats, multiple 4-gallon tubs of ice cream, frozen cakes, drinks, and anything else that needs to stay cold during your event. No need for special plugs; the cart arrives cold and stays cold by using a standard house power outlet.
Please note: The rental includes the cart only. Clients provide all ice cream, toppings, spoons, napkins, serving accessories, and any event styling items.

FAQ
No. The rental includes the cart only. Clients provide ice cream, toppings, spoons, napkins, and serving accessories.
The base rental is a 24-hour rental period.
HoneyBee serves King County and nearby areas from Kirkland. A delivery and pickup fee applies beyond 10 miles of Kirkland.
Upon delivery, the cart will already be cold. While on its way to you, it will be plugged in and cooling, so that it is ready for your frozen treats right when it arrives.
You may hang items from certain points as long as they are not heavy or leave marks. You must also not cover up any of the branding. The chalkboard-style writing surfaces on either side of the cart can be used with the included markers to create your own custom message. Do not use any other markers on this surface, as they may not come off.
Before delivery, we will either come in person or use photos from you to determine the best way to move the cart to your desired location. Because of the weight and shape, there are some spots where the cart simply cannot go, or where it would be a danger to the cart to try. We can definitely get creative and find the best way to get the cart where it needs to go.
Yes. The umbrella and the pole for the umbrella are both removable. The shelves, which slide into place, have a version for the umbrella and a version without the umbrella. The cart can be customized based on whether the umbrella is in use or not.
While we can discuss your specific case, generally the cart is rented out in 24-hour periods, unless more time is needed.
The rental fee for each day is $200. Depending on how long you need the cart, we can negotiate a different rate.
The ice cream cart can get extremely cold, much colder than a typical home freezer. An adjustable knob on the back controls the freezer level. Additionally, when the freezer is not plugged in, cold plates within the freezer keep the freezer cold even without power for a long time.
The cart operates off of a standard 120-volt outlet. Despite being an industrial freezer, it only takes about 3 amps of electricity at most, which provides plenty of headroom for other electronics on the same circuit.
Once the cart has been placed, it is advised that you do not move it. The cart was placed professionally, taking into account the umbrella, the surface of the ground, power cord location, and other factors. Trying to move the cart on your own could put the cart in a dangerous position or damage the cart itself. If you need adjustments afterwards, simply call, and we will be happy to help you.
We accept Venmo, Apple Cash, Cash App, all major credit cards, and PayPal. You can save 5% if you pay with cash, as that avoids digital currency fees.
The wagon wheels are purely aesthetic, and they attach with magnets.
